SJTP-Onsite is a “block of time” offering that offers significant flexibility in how your district uses their funds. We can use this to fund a regularly scheduled desktop technician or network engineer. One frequent use for this service is for “emergency response” funds in the rare circumstance that our RMA solution indicates onsite response. The services covered by this offering can be planned or unplanned. SJTP-GoPrint services can not be billed against the SJTP-Flexibility block of time.
