How to Set Up an SJTP Help Desk Account

 

To better serve and support your technology questions, concerns and needs SJTP has created and implemented a personalized help desk system.

 

The SJTP Help Desk is a web-based program that allows you to enter in support request tickets, check the status of tickets and receive and provide updates to the engineers and technicians assigned to your support request.
